The Ethical Cam Community is not like other webcam agencies. Although we want all our girls to succeed in the cam industry, we don’t focus just on the financial side. Our girls are at the heart of everything we do. We believe that in order for you to flourish in this industry, your mental and physical wellbeing needs to be looked after. By focusing on your happiness and offering you job security, we want to help you grow into being the best version of yourself. We are a community run by women, with women’s wellbeing and rights at our core.
By joining our movement you will become a part of something bigger – a community that is changing the game! We push to break the stigma surrounding webcam work, and we have a team of powerful women who are helping us to do so, who will welcome you with open arms.

What Is the Members Area?
The members area is a cam girl training academy! We are proud to offer our members access to our exclusive members area, something which is unique to the industry.
Being as knowledgeable as possible in all things webcam can really set you apart from the rest. This is why we have developed our members area, so you can learn, grow and flourish!
We are always adding to our members area so there will always be something new to learn – you may even learn something that you have never heard of before and apply it to your webcam and become super successful with it!
